Oxford College of Education is thrilled to announce that we have won a competitive bidding contract from Oxfordshire County Council to provide ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses to support vulnerable communities.

– **Capacity:** Up to 500 learners
– **Target Groups:** Ukrainian guests, Afghan nationals (ARAP/ACRS schemes), Hong Kong/BNOs, eligible asylum seekers
– **Location:** Across Oxfordshire (urban and rural settings)
